Dancing is dreaming with the body

 

In this class we explore and concretize our immense movement potential and its continuation in improvisation and composition. In doing so, we include interactions on an emotional and mental level. One of my central questions is: how do we make contact and how can we maintain it?

 

The class is open to everybody.
