WORKSHOP FREE DANCE FOR WOMEN
This is the last workshop of this year. It’s time to get in the mood for the darker half of the year and nurture the light within us.
We dive into our individual movement worlds.During a warm-up, we’ll mobilise and explore our individual range of movement. We’ll engage with spatial and temporal conditions, thereby preparing ourselves for the communal act of dance. Through a variety of exercises, we’ll lay the foundations for freely improvising, playing and finding great joy in being and moving together.
Everyone is welcome. The only requirement is a willingness to get involved. Everyone comes as they are. Nothing is compulsory, everything is possible.
